Freelance jazz guitarist. Works in many different settings including his own trios, quartets and septets and accompanying artists such as Alan Barnes, Pete Tomasso, Simon Spillett, and Claire Martin, big bands such as the Yorkshire Jazz Orchestra (conducted by Tony Faulkner) and the Ronnie Bottomley Jazz Orchestra and orchestras including The Halle, The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra and the Royal Northern Sinfonia.

His new album 'Zig-zag', featuring the powerhouse rhythm section of Pete Whittaker on organ (Nigel Price, Art Theman, Theo Travis, John Etheridge etc.) and George Double drums (Chris Ingham, John Etheridge, Art Theman, Derek Nash etc.),  includes five original compositions and shows this exciting new trio to be perfect for your club or festival.
